We had a very positive experience with Pam, she has 18 years of experience and very proactive, knowledgeable and professional. We also really appreciated that she has such a helpful assistant that can help aid in correspondence directly with timely feedback or to answer questions along the way. We Interviewed three realtors. Pam Harrison impressed us the most. We liked her positive attitude, experience, and confidence. We were also impressed that she had a personable assistant that worked closely with her. Overall, our dealings with Pam Harrison were fabulous. After being very disappointed with our initial listing agent, Pam was a welcomed change. She immediately increased the number of showings, her assistant provided timely feedback when the house was shown to prospective buyers, she handled various situations when we were absent from Spartanburg, she provided excellent recommendations when we needed to make the walk-through repairs, and she provided reminders to us related to our closing (such as canceling utilities and homeowners insurance). Pam and Angie are top notch. There was one instance where Pam performed truly extraordinary. We were in Singapore visiting our son. Our neighbor called to say we had a water leak problem in the front of our house. We emailed Pam to ask her to check out the issue. She followed up very quickly and determined it was really a leak in our neighbor's yard. Pam emailed us to let us know it was really not our problem. Her responsiveness and timeliness gave us a quick peace of mind. That was so important to us since we were so far away. Truly a remarkable performance. Thanks so much for your efforts, Pam and Angie
