She was always there to answer our questions

She helped me sell my house I owned before I got married, my husbands house that we lived in for a few years and also helped us buy our current home that we have been in for 6 months. She was always there to answer our questions and helped us a great deal when our bank was not doing their job very well. Pam has been the best realtor I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a few. She made selling my house painless. I was long distance and Pam worked with me so I did not have to travel back. I had viewings of my house almost daily and she updated me regularly with feedback. I was most impressed with her when I declined a somewhat fair offer and she agreed. She did not try to pressure me into selling for a lesser price just to make a sale like other realtors I have worked with did. Pam was professional and a advocate. Pam listened to our concerns

Pam listened to our concerns about previously having our house listed with another agency and our dissatisfaction and addressed all of those concerns. She was clear in her business plan for marketing our house and what our expectations should be. She was very professional while being friendly and caring. She was always prompt and available. Pam was a dream to work with! If it had not been for her professional expertise, the negotiations with the buyer would have broken down and our house would not have sold. She always was available to us, even when she was on vacation. She truly went above and beyond the call of duty for us and I believe she does that for all her clients.
