As we talked many times, my house was unique in that it only had one bath and two bedrooms, and would take the right person to buy it, finally that happened.
 
No matter how many times I got discouraged, you encouraged me never to give up, think positive.  You were always positive and that’s what a good realtor does, keep on going.  You kept my best interest in mind and what would benefit me the most in how we sold the house and the property.
 
As to future clients who may read this letter, my advice to them is don’t ever give up, always think positive and listen to directions Pam gives you.  Pam is honest and a hard worker.
