We have used Pam's service several times. She conducted research on properties we were considering buying, which included getting attorney's advice and recommendation. We were not even aware she was doing this at the time. This saved us from making some costly mistakes. Then she listed our house and sold it in less than 14 days. My husband and I are very pleased with her work ethics. When we had questions, she responded quickly. If we were to list or buy again, we would use her services without hesitation.
