First of all, she listens. She will do an assessment of your needs. When we listed our home for sale, Pam was immediately on the job. She worked hard to make sure that our home was featured with lovely pictures, descriptions, and a fair price. In fact, imagine how delighted we were that our home sold in 2 days, the buyer paid cash over and above the asking price. Pam Harrison is quick to answer any question and does not leave you waiting or wondering what to do. She is also so skilled in her profession that she guided us boldly to expect a great offer. Left to our own devises, we would have succumbed to the first offer. When you work with Pam, you feel like you are working with a friend. Her engaging personality and great sense of humor makes even the most stressful situations sail on by. Pam was also wonderful in helping us use the closing attorney of our choice. One last side note, that makes Pam stand head and shoulders above anyone else we have ever used. Pam unfailingly sends cards for every occasion to all of her clients.
